About me
My name is Patricia Cantrell. It is my honor to serve you as your Mental Health Life Coach. A few years ago I answered God's call upon my life, to study and serve in the Mental Health field. And I'm finding that I can help using my own life experience joined with prayer and meditation of God's Word in the King James Version of the Bible. I learned how to apply God's answers to life's problems. So many among us are bearing a load of care and concerns that are often too heavy to bear on our own. Life Coach specialists are trained to listen and hear not only with the ear, but also with the heart. Then search God's Word to apply His answers, to life's burdens, so we can find peace in the midst of life's storms.
I come from the state of Virginia where I was born and raised. I finished high school in 1973 at Tunstall High School in Dry Fork, Virginia. After raising a family of my own, and working for many years in the retail industry, I felt the call upon my life, to enter the Mental Health field. With God's help and direction, I learned how to assist those in need of finding strength and encouragement, amidst an array of life's problems. After completion of my training, God showed me how I could use His Word and my own life experiences, to help hurting people find answers.
I completed my studies in 2023 and graduated from a two year program, through Light University in Forest, Virginia, on 14 September, while attending the AACC 2023 "Know Hope World Conference, in Nashville, Tenn. There I received my Master Mental Health/ Life Coach Diploma and Board Certification, from the Board of Mental Health Coaching. I am also currently pursuing additional studies in Youth mental health foundation, Adolescent and Behavioral Disorders, and Critical issues. I am married, with three children, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
